Services Individual Counseling: is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained therapist—in a safe, caring, judgment free and confidential environment—to explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to begin to process and heal through confronting fears, anxieties and triggers. Couples Counseling: also called couples therapy, is a type of psychotherapy that emphasizes improved relationship skills and conflict resolution. Sessions involved both partners, however, the therapist may also wish to see each person separately as well. After your visit, the counselor will probably give you some tips on what to try and homework you can talk about at your next session. Assessments and Testing: this area is needed in order to make sure that each client is being treated within the area that they are able with a treatment plan that works for them. Assessments and testing helps the clinician to understand the client so that they can both find a treatment plan that can get results!
